This used to be the best board for REITS. The original intent was for short term trades, but it developed into a great source for longer term investing. Anyone out there still interested in talking about REITs? Anyone still have this board as a subject mark? My main investing interest is in tech stocks, but I like REITS for diversification. I bought some PDM at the IPO, sold PSA a few months back using covered calls, and sold AQQ a few weeks ago. I am looking for a few gems within the REIT sector - companies with reasonable debt and good dividends and would welcome any ideas out there. Be great to get some interest in this topic again. If you read this give a quick reply and maybe we can get on the most popular boards list and generate some interest.
