ssl.v - some good recent comment on its thread - Subject 57999

One thing there i question - how can the a-wt be worth within a nickel of the plain-jane when its strike is .40 higher? - makes no sense to me, i think those B-S calculators give too much credit for time value that's way out there

Sandstorm is a buy-and-hold to me, the next slw.to yup, at least a smaller version anyway, and far cheaper per ounce and per dollar of future income stream

This is not likely the last time it'll get whacked from a financing ... just watch, sometime next year we'll get a gut-twister, cheapie PP and when the halt lifts it's thud, ooof, ouch, right back to a buck and a quarter ... this same happened last year, right after i was new to it, share crashed back to the .40ish PP level, getting accustomed now

amz.v - i sold thursday the few i bought monday, and a few more for luck ... still holding great majority, a double from here would have me offing more, because it'll be way overweight as slice of pf ... already beyond old rules of thumb, but got there by itself, so deserves it, until it's too extreme ... not a question we'll be faced with for very long - somebody is going to take that out, and i agree with Red, almost certainly it's Vale, you just know they've got it on watch now, the only questions are when, and how much they have to pay
