THe expense required to go with the added level of security when US Presidents visit countries "infested" with terrorists is to be expected. The visits by Bush to Iraq and the upcoming visit by Obama to Pakistan is also expensive as far as security detail is concerned.

But again, terrorists cannot upset our normal way of life, whether it is the President of the common person.
