I agree with you that DELL is going down. DELL put is my hedge against long. I see you are listed $60 - $64 as the target. Why and what is your target frame? As the price war starts on Computer fronts, I believe everybody will lose(Gateway was first casualty). This pattern reminds of Micron in 1995 and Intel in last two months.
The P/E of stock is trading at historically high range and the growth and earning cannot keep up.

Is there a key support and resistance that you see or do you see relatively fast decline to $60?

What others stocks are you bearish on?? Do you have any long??
