MUDMAN, The people reading and commenting on this chat line always keep mentioning that if the news is go great, why isn't the stock moving up. First, there is no way of knowing how many people read this chat line on a regular basis. Is it 20, 200 or 2000. I'm sure that if the creators of SI were to tell you that 1000 people read the reports for today about PSO, they can't tell you how many times the same person logged on. I probably logged on 20 times myself. There are thousands of stocks that trade on a regular basis each day on the TSE, VSE, MSE and ASE. You can't follow them all. Just think back to several weeks ago when DNZ, CRN and a few others started moving up. Did everybody know that something was going to happen before they took off. The people who were in contact with the company knew that something could happen, but when word go out, everybody wanted to buy. Yes, we all knew about Voiseys Bay, but nobody seemed interested until word was out that they (DRZ) had found something interesting. By then, the easy money was made. It is possible the same thing is happening here.
I was a owner of PSO, and I purchased additional shares last week. Remember, finding 200 million barrels of oil, would be a dream come true for PSO and the other partners. You could see PSO break the $5.00 mark if they were to announce that next week. The other partners would also move up sharply. I feel that PSO would be satisfied with a find of 50-100 million barrels. Don't get me wrong, they wouldn't complain about finding 200 million barrels. |
