'no idea of the FA' - aha, a basic factor of my point, and major ... there are a number of FA facets by which it is possible to guesstimate fairly objectively what bids these outfits will attract over coming years, biggest would be history of managements, prospective cash flows, and a chart of the price of gold ... which latter brings quick and dirty TA into the equation - what makes momo players unable to slip in a little FA where appropriate, lol
Both these outfits are sold down recently because they're getting financed by some serious money, which due to its size relative to yours and mine, could arguably be suspected to have a smart or two more? ... more heft in any case, and with heft can follow promo
