I think it will be interesting to see whether UK's new "austerity" program will cause a resurgence in their economy (that is, if it actually happens). There is, of course, pain to be suffered, but it could serve to put Keynesianism to its final resting place. Not that the Left would ever admit it. They'd just attribute the economic gains to something else.
