Ted, > For as long as I have been alive, you all have been saying that Europe was going to pay for their liberal policies. And here they are doing better than we are.

Europe is already paying for their liberal policies. Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, even the UK are all in worse shape than we are ... but not by much, thanks to Obama.

First of all, there are many countries in Europe that are doing just fine.....Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Holland, Switzerland, Austria....to name a few.

Secondly, the countries you have singled out have varying reasons for why they are in trouble. Spain and Ireland...housing bubble like the US; Greece....too many people working in the public domain; Italy....hasn't met a balance budget it likes; France is mostly fine....just needs some tweaking; UK....excessive defense spending for wars like the US.

Of the countries you cite, only Greece, Italy and Ireland are in worse shape than the US; the rest are in better shape. We have Mr. Bush to thank for that.

And the best part.....Europe's gov'ts do much more for their citizenry than the US does and it shows in their lifestyle and lifespans. And why is that.....we can attribute it to the shit put out by Rs for the past few decades. That's what keeps me going.....showing how Rs have betrayed this country.

I have no doubt that you think that every single day. It's what keeps you going.

I can't help it that your side makes it so easy.
