Hi Kirk, "Competitive reasons" falls short of sufficient, here. Since it is likely AMAT was a winner for at least one or more of the new fab's "advanced processes" and AMAT will be expected to keep the award confidential, AMAT can be trusted to keep its competitive losses confidential, also. I am not saying you are wrong. I can't. But it is easier for me to believe the companies that don't know about LRCX awards are not AMAT.
