I think using a teleprompter is better than scribbling something on a piece of paper or writing something on his palm. We know that Obama writes his speeches or analyzes speeches written for him and makes changes if necessary. The US Presidents have always used teleprompters to deliver the State of the Union speeches. If they are used in the US Congress why not use them in another democratic chamber, the Indian Parliament.
