I want smaller, more efficient government. Efficient is fine to a point; smaller ain't going to happen. No one retiring at 50 with 90% pensions. Is that federal or state? Not career politicians. Why if they are good? After all, we have career corp mgmt types. Do you object to them? Not out-competing the private sector. What does that mean?
