Corp management is subject to the free market. (or use to be before tarp).

At the very least they should strip the Congressional pensions away. Term limits should be better yet. Get rid of the John McCains.

It means the average federal government salary is twice that of the private sector salary. Not to mention a fat pension that is largely unfunded. Based on an imaginary 8% return on the pension fund...to be made up by the taxpayer...further down the line.

With cake jobs like that why bother to work in the private sector? Problem is that the public sector fo the most part does produce anything. They just tax and spend.
