I have a couple of items that need clarifying. According to the Naxos web page, Fred Arkoosh, Jr. is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Naxos. Is that accurate? Secondly, what is the current status of the Alberta Securities Commission investigation into Naxos? Has that been fully resolved yet? Thanks in advance for your response.
