WRLS has gone up 42% since i started looking at it a couple of weeks ago. it might be heading for $5 short term, and it's only at around $3 1/2 now.
WRLS makes interfaces to allow computer modems to operate over wireless phones. This is advantageous in 3rd world countries that are coming on board with new technology. They just received an $8 million contract with guenea

There's a couple of things i like about it.

Rumor: They just raised the number of people on their board from 6 to 9, and only appointed 8.. leaving the 9th seat a speculation.

At the rate it's going, it may see it's short-term $5.

Sorry about the biotech mention in here earlier. A machine that can focus heat so well that it can remove cancerous tumors without harming healthy skin around it is my idea of neat technology. But it is definately a biotech stock with the need of all of the FDA approval that can make it hard to understand/know the real value of the company.
