<Lowering your daily costs is good for your personal bottom line , also the environment...if one is so concerned.>
That may or may NOT be the case... obviously, unless you take externalities into account. Case in point, allowing free trade with no pollution tax to a company on the other side of the Rio Grande that is allowed to dump things our side can't dump.
<The externalities do not matter to me personally, because i am selfish, my bottom line being more important to me than the environment, as i recognize the futility...because billions coming on line that want, what we have.>
It's good you are so frank... as the argument can then be evaluated by all. Unfortunately that is NOT usually the case, most holding those views are duplicitous liars, making it harder on all involve, especially the majority of people who would think your statement... well... insane or stupid, depending on weather they are feeling sorry for you or not. <NFG>
<I am not worried about negative or positive externalities regarding my costs behavior, i am just selfish..
Clearly... that is actually NOT that interesting... what is REALLY INTERESTING is that you won't see the likes of BRUMMAR and his ilk disagreeing with you... and your statement against all he PRETENDS to represent. Usually that type just wants another warm body (well, in your case that appears debatable -gg-) on their side.
Of course I would take that statement back if he were to prove me wrong, and NOT one of the duplicitous folks alluded to above, but that probably isn't likely. :))
