If you are aware of the history of this thread there have been very few bans indeed and much tolerance in general including direct criticism of Rocket Red. Condor,IMO opinion, took a line of questioning with Rocket that went from merely inquisitive, to accusatory. It became a persistent, repetitive implication of impropriety toward Rocket. Why would Rocket want that on his thread and why would Condor want to be on Rocket's thread if he truly believes it is a vehicle for Rocket's malfeasance? No I see nothing capricious or dictatorial in banning Condor from this thread.
