WRONG - IS LOST ON MFS, MXTL, & QWST WILL LOOSE

You are wrong. I do not have my statement in front of me,
but if you look at the IPO of MFS (MFST) & NXTL (Symbol:CALL then)
in 1993, they both went up in 6 months to around $50-60, just like QWST. This is when I bought them. After the WALL Street market makers did their duty of keeping their IPO issue aflot, they pulled the plug and both stocks went down to $15 - $20.

They stayed their for 2 years or so. When they came back to around $20 I sold at a big loss around 1996. I got tired of waiting 2-3 years without making any money.

I told everyone about a week ago, QWST is the same type of company and I felt would follow the same path. At $60, I told everyone to take out a PUT for insurance. It MADE good sence, since this company was selling at a 120++ PE, with NEXT YEARS earnings projected at (.01) ZER0 earnings. I took out a PUT when I said this to you because of my experience. I very rarely short stocks, but this one is so paralel to my prior (negative) experiences, I had to. I am making money, are you?

No Company is going to buy-out this stock for Billions with no earnings and selling at such at high PE. MFS was bought out and McGraw invested in NXTL, only AFTER their stock price SANK and earnings were finally expected. QWST has alteast 2+ years before earings.

I talk of my experience from 1993 to 1996. Not what happened to these stocks after that. QWST is in the 1993 pattern and has some years to go to build out their infrustructure.

2+ years from now BUY QWST, after it goes to $20 and starts back up
again in anticipation of EARNINGS.
