Think it through........DC is known as the most middle class city in the country because average salaries there skew towards the mean. However, the wealthy enclaves are not around DC. You need to go to other cities for real wealth. CATO wants to convince you all that gov't is forcing the private sector out of business. For someone who knows the real numbers, the very concept is ludicrous.

Now get on google and start doing some real research instead of depending on a phony winger think tank.
