Of course; an ER doc may tie off all the bleeders on a patient who lost his leg, but that's just a drop in the bucket compared to the damage done to the body. However, the patient is alive to bitch about it.

ILSHIAPIMP. The right would have loved that. Talk about "socialism". Would have been a hell of an interesting experiment, tho.
