I SOLD LOANS TO AAMES FOR 15 YEARS. THEY ARE GREAT.

This company is an extablished, fast, efficient, AGRESSIVE company. I owned a mortgaga company for 15 years and they funded my B-C paper loans. They were very conservative, fast, ETHICAL, efficient and the BEST.

AAMES almost single handly created the MORTGAGE BROKERAGE Business (along with Home Budget).

This company has strong roots, a strong clientel base, agressive marketing, and should do even better with the purchase of ONE STOP.

Watch their SERVICING portfolio get close to 4.0 Billion next quarter. This California real estate market is the hottest its been since the peak in 1989. Aames is firmly planted.

Sit back, take a deep breath, and calculate their PE. It is very low and based on expected furture earings, it is even lower. Alot of Bank related stocks went down this week. AAM will start up again when GREENSPAN does not raise rates this week.
