"Good thing God loves them." Well, whenever you have 3 years of famine and you are a primitive tribe who knows nothing about the cause of ANYTHING...it is ALWAYS because one of the "gods" is ANGRY! ALWAYS! After that it is merely a matter of finding out what could have caused the anger--and then execute/sacrifice innocent people to expiate that anger. It has always been so...
