This program is already well under way and is reportedly ahead of schedule. GTE had palnned to roll out gradualy across the country but has sped up and broadened that roll-out becuase the initial phase has gone well. The company expects to sign up to several more telcos to similar programs in the near future according to statements during company briefings. The timing of these additional agreements is partly dependent on the USWDA'a ability to field the salesforce necessary to handle the increased work load. As the GTE slaesforce is trained and USWDA adds to and trains their own direct salespeople, they will be in position to move forward with these agreements. My understanding is that things are progressing well.
