This of course "appears" to simply mean you don't care about humanity in general, or anyone else your actions might effect. If you have another take on it, it would probably be good to be out with it.
I care, but it is utterly futile to board any band wagon for or against global warming, i thought that was clear.
My motivation for changing my ways regarding triple insulating everything as I said, are for me and my bottom line. I am not doing
it because i think i am going to save the world because of it.. it just pays with every tick of the clock. Do it because it pays, that is the
motivation ..ditch the gas guzzler,3 litre flush toilets, most efficient appliances, hot water on demand, R90 in attic, R60 basement walls..yada yada ...go solar..take walk,ride a bike, plant some shade trees, ditch the lawn, put up a cloths line..catch your breath and take a nap.
As stated before, no one i know has changed their driving habits, or traveling habits,most of the peons around the world are rising up and buying cars by the
million, that won't change.The auto gridlock in the major cities of the world are more than eating up any advances in fuel economy that have been made for
the I.C.E.Have you noticed the idling going on at the drive through coffee, and fast food shops? lol
IF the world is warming because of burning fossil fuels, the only solution will be, running out of them. |
