On April 10 1997 Andrea Ciba, sec, indicated that in 1996, IMA
raised over $1.5 million in increased capital which has facilitated
the lease/purchase of IMA's own switching/billing systems. With the
addition of 15 engineers and programs, IMA produced proprietary
customized programs for these systems, allowing IMA the flexibility to
instantly adapt to any new business or marketing opportunity.
With the growth of IMA's ICON and the traffic exchange, revenue
is expected to be in excess of $13 million for 1997.
On Feb 17 1997 a Dun & Bradstreet analyst made a personal visit
to International Marketing And Advertising Inc at 250 Catalonia Ave
Ste 507, Coral Gables, FL. While a management interview was not
conducted at that time, the analyst confirmed that the business is
operating at this location.
