I've got a couple of brothers living in Austin, Steve.

As for the "business friendly environment" stuff you get from businesses who are moving, they inevitably mean by that, but won't come right out and say it, is low taxes. Just one more indication that some businesses, perhaps not all, refuse to help fund the larger environment that makes the business possible--good roads, schools, and so forth.
