Thanx guys -- as of 1:50pm EST today (10/29/2010 Fri) -- i checked the Avg Vol and % Vol and both are working ok -- i had gotten same response you did when I emailed them (TDAm) yesterday from the Harrison staff person.

I sent them a thank you email just a few minutes ago.
