Yep, that is misleading. 60 to 62 is only partial benefit. Now the French got same treatment as the U.S. counterpart. NO wonder the riot is so bad, since Europeans always think they should have better social welfare than Americans<g> They still do in terms of health care and unemployment benefit.

And now it is the time for the U.S. to QUIETLY change the retirement age for Full benefit for younger generations to age 70<g>

BTW, if the same scale of riot were happened in China, the West would have jumped UP and DOWN, yelling China having social INSTABILITY!
