5. Conclusion
[44] For the reasons stated above, we find that:
Vucicevich breached subsection 25(1)(a) of the Act;
Vucicevich breached subsection 53(1) of the Act;
Vucicevich breached subsection 126.1(b) of the Act; and
Banumas and Shah breached subsection 126.1(a) of the Act.
