Back room news...

There are a lot of private messages going around about JBII and the DEC. I have received more than one. I am not one to keep things that should be in the public domain private. I believe in a level playing field.

So here's the scoop and take it for what it's worth (second hand knowledge).

JBII has run into another snag. They apparently require another DEC permit for storing waste plastic on their site. The DEC is trying to provide a Beneficial Use Determination (BUD) exemption for this.

But if the BUD can not be obtained, the permit will be required. The DEC is saying they hope it can be worked through the system by the end of the year.

My thoughts. C'est la vie. It means nothing as far as P2O is concerned. It's just another bureaucratic hurdle to jump over. Should JBII have known about this ahead of time? Perhaps. But these things happen when you're a development stage company.

I have said this already: This will not be time that is wasted. There are a lot of business details that must be addressed for getting a 24/7 production P2O system ready. We should assume that JBII is working on these details.

Not to mention the completion of another couple of processors.

Will the pps take a hit. Yeah, probably. This is tax loss selling season and now there's a reason to assume that there will be enough time to get out and get back in before any big news is unveiled.

There will undoubtedly be some who wish I had not received this information and spilled it on the board.

But as I said - I believe in a level playing field.

Play this game as suits you best. I will weather the storm and try to pick up cheap shares if the situation arises. I suspect it will.

But with a little luck the BUD will be granted.
