just starting to poke around. Original investors in at sub-$10... 3-class board - boo hiss, CEO and major holders are venture capitalists, so you have been warned..Mohr Davidow, Kleiner, Blackstone, Alloy.. GenProbe owns a stake - don't they compete? the science comes from Stephen Turner out of cornell founded the company, and it is an absolute drag to see the CEO get more shares personally than him out of this. they will be competing with ILMN, AFFY, LIFE, not unworthy foes.
