NN has long history of business in Latin America. Newbridge Networks installed in Chile since 1990 are being expanded. The trade agreements help and are an extension of an open market which Chile has had in place for many years with an equal playing field for all imports. Unfortunatly the US just decided not to give Clinton fast track which would have helped the trade deals significantly.
