Jake, If I were a wiseguy, I'd probably say it was because it was the end of the quarter and they ran out of money... again. They seem to run through $25M each quarter. But I wouldn't say that, What I will point out is a new SEC filing: freeedgar.com This one formally sets out Amber's 48%+ control of JTS and the 30M+shares they have the proxy for from the 'key shareholders'.
