Off Subject. When you log on to MSN, you can go directly to any site you wish without even knowing that MSN is your ISP except for the 20 seconds it takes to log on. MSN also has a flat fee of $20/month. I'm not sure what you mean by "They want to control content," but I've never come across anything that I would describe as that.
