Proper and sincere people (if they are somewhat educated) understand that the Nazis were a complex Association that used Christianity and even a conflated evolutionary science to justify their desire for tribal superiority and power over others. If we read Joshua (and most other books of the Old Testament, for instance) we will see exactly the same sort of thinking...
