how can you possibly hold him responsible for mortgages being undwerwater anywhere? I dont hold you responsible for bad weather. I dont live in Nevada and Im not gonna vote there. but I have a feeling quite a few people made a lot of money by buying cashing out on the appreciation and then walking away when price plummeted leaving banks and taxpayers as the bagholders.
