Vertel has all it takes to own the TMN space. Bruce Brown has
the vision and is trying to pull it together. They have the
potential but kickstarting Sonoma is bleeding cash. Sonoma
must either turn positive cash flow or they should sell it.

I think Vertel wants to make the picture much clearer by the
TMN summit in March. I think we'll see all this develop in
the next 60-90 days.
