John G, May I be so bold as to call upon your 10Q reading skill? freeedgar.com It seems that Asyst may intend to carry on the business activities of Asyst Automation - or am I missing something. They've formed a new sub Palo Alto Technologies (PAT) which seems to have the assets which were formerly with AAI; and have retained the right of first refusal to market any of its products anywhere for the next 5 years. Your interpretation? Might they still believe they can go toe-to-toe with PRIA? Ian.
