Just got this press release from Canada Stockwatch..Looks like they are moving ahead but I was still expecting news from their proposed deal with Tomen of Japan for worldwide distribution of their product..Maybe that'll be next

The company has entered into an agreement with Imagica Corporation of Japan
and its subsidiary Imagica USA Inc.
Imagica is a large diversified 62 year old Japanese company with over 400
employees in many film production and post production facilities involved
in film processing, film opticals, telecine and digital film compositing
services in Japan and USA. Imagica is additionally involved in digital
video post production, digital scanning products, 3D graphics and
animation, location based films including large and multi format optical
effects for specialty films.
Xenotech and Imagica have joined forces to participate in a business
venture for the purpose of commercializing Xenotech's technology for
re-processing of film and video material from 2D to 3D. The two companies
intend to work together to provide 2D to 3D conversion services for
standard 35mm films and large format films ie: 70mm Imax format.
Management of both parties have agreed that by combining Xenotech's 3D
technology with Imagica's expertise in production and post production of
film and video, a unique 2D to 3D conversion service will be made available
to film and video producers.
Market research will be conducted in Japan and USA to investigate the
business and marketing structure required to introduce the 2D to 3D
conversion service to the marketplace.
Xenotech is also developing, and have filed patents for, a technology
process that will allow the transmission of the converted material over
standard and existing broadcasting facilities into televisions in the home.
