I just ran across this thread, and am glad to see it. I've been in AMCN since August, and had planned to be a long-term holder. However, the recent secondary offering turned me off, and I sold my shares yesterday at 16 7/8.

I like the company -- it's a nifty little business and I expect they will continue to grow (although not as quickly as they have been). But I can't see much upside to the recent offering. I don't mind that management is selling some of their shares, even though that often happens near a top. But I am not happy about the 20% dilution from brand new shares. The new cash is nice, but I don't see it buying enough earnings to make the offering worthwhile. At least from my point of view.

I will continue to keep an eye on the company, and will be happy to buy back in if management proves me wrong.
