Not hard at all to prove. When the SEC brings an indictment, the company usually either "settles" or is found guilty. The problem is that the SEC doesn't have the resources to go after ALL the cons, and the punishment they meter out is nothing more than a slap on the wrist. As far as Bordynuik is concerned, when you've seen con man after con man running the same old game over the years, it's really easy to know when another low life con man has come along. JBII is a scam. You may doubt it now; but at some point in time, you'll know it is.
