It isn't about a cute little sexual name - it, to me, is lack of respect from one person towards another. Basic human respect that all of us should give to each other - whether we agree with them politically or not. The lies and distortions that people tell are far far more important than a name calling that is fundamentally irrelevant to reality. And far more disrespectful at more fundamental levels.
