Calif.: Postpone GW measures until economy improves. "on Tuesday when voters decide the fate of Proposition 23, a measure that would delay implementation of new environmental provisions until the state economy revs up."

Well the easy money for implementing junk science measures seem to be not available. Time to face reality.

California's Global Warming Solutions Act, known as AB 32, which was passed in 2006 to control fossil-fuel pollution scientists claim is disrupting Earth's climate.

Money flowing freely gave people a free rein to listen to pseudo science and make them credible.

"Proposition 23 would suspend this global warming law until unemployment in California dropped to 5.5 percent for a year. The current jobless rate is above 12 percent."

Slowly Greenism's coffin is being built...

As of last week, supporters of Prop. 23 -- which include major oil refiners -- had raised $19.6 million, more than twice as much as opponents of the initiative.

Good. Very good.

Let's see if AB 32 goes to the dust bin of history.
