According to this article posted on iHub, Intel is showing 22nm Ivy Bridge. siliconinvestor.com AFAICT that puts Ivy Bridge ahead of Bulldozer. That can't be good for AMD. That's one+ generation ahead of what Bulldozer is supposed to compete with and at least 2 generations ahead of what AMD is shipping now. Where is Bulldozer??? Has AMD simply given up???
