Greg, the correlation here is remarkable and I can only assume that the GLR management did their sums and panic set in when the price got so low. The announcement is not new news, just a progress report. I did a quick calculation and at the share price of last week a cheap hostile takeover could easily be made even with the shareholder protection plan in place. Of course it still could happen if the price does not rise quickly enough to put it out of range of such a takeover attempt.
