California: Look for some big State income tax raises. Anybody left making money will head out of State.

Yes, They also had a ballot initiative that is passing that changes the state law so that all it takes is a simple majority to pass the state budget.

So that means no more IOU's or months with a budget. But it also means that California will have totalitarian one-party rule and the tax rates will be going up, up, up..
