Look for some big State income tax raises. Anybody left making money will head out of State. There's no question that's the first thing that's going to happen. He said there's only a 1% difference on the deficit and who can't solve a 1% problem. He has a democrat majority to back up everything he wants. The unions, teachers, libs, entitlementers, and anyone else who wants a handout can just get in line and hold out their hand. Between what Obama and Brown are going to do, working Californians can plan to work for the government for free for at least 6 months out of the year.
