Mark Steyn figures if we can't get rid of the rascals when things are this bad, we never will.

You need a charismatic leader who would run a "Prime Minister" type of Presidential election. Work in the primaries against RINO's. The problem is he would if successful, be liable to get a "Hitler" complex.
