Yea, there you go....We are having our early am "rally" up from the low of 19 5/8.. ask back to 20 1/8now, bid is 19 15/16. TIme to buy? I think not. Why not wait a couple days/hours and buy at $17.50, our next stop on the way to hell in a handbasket.
