People, the real people who care about culture and society, are sick about what has been happening in Congress for decades (11% approval)... partisan politics as usually has resulted in long term political paralisis. They have not only stifled our growth as a nation but caused disintegration in the industrious spirit which once made us the most successful society ever. We see it in education, community, employment, and ultimately in the creative pioneering spirit that builds a strong economy. The same message was aimed at the Republican controlled congress a few years ago, so to me it is not a Repub win, it is a simple clear message from the voters to knock it off and represent the interests of the people. That message from the people is what we should all take away from this election cycle. I voted against retaining every one of the judges on my ballot. It's not personal because they are all probably fine people, it is a message to the justice system in general that they are not producing the kind of legal system I can support. I'd like to see a politician pick that issue up at some point.
