TO ALL:::::: recent trading activities is causing panic among investors who is expecting a loss for 4th qrt of 96 and NO MAJOR NEWS for the last 2 months lately.....at this price of .16 cent per share....it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to accumulate as much as u can afford....we have more buying opportunity now before '96 earning reports that will come out in a couple of weeks....the stock will possibly go down to the .10 cents range before earning release so some of u can wait if u want to.....but the good news that will surface is when after earnings report come out (expecting a loss), there will be a multiple news development of mergers/acquisition both international and domestic front which will increase revenues/profits for the next fiscal years.....so it is strongly recommended to BUY at this current prices......for long term of 1 to 3 yrs, the stock is worth at around 2-3 per shares....so BE PATIENT....
